State Council reviews amendments to Contractor's Compensation Act
The State Council is currently reviewing amendments to the Contractor's Compensation Act introduced by Parliament that guarantees reimbursement for FX losses incurred due to EGP float. Amendments suggest that contractors falling behind on their projects will not be reimbursed. The State Council will then submit the legislation back to the Parliament for a vote. (Al Shorouk)
