State Council Legislation Department has submitted a draft investment law to the Cabinet after introducing legal and constitutional amendments. The law was designed in March 2015 with an aim to increase investor confidence, eliminate bureaucracy, facilitate the procedures for obtaining business licences and attract foreign investment. The government has conducted an amendment to the law a year ago. (Al Mal)
