Orange Egypt appeals ruling by court allowing the telecom regulator to negotiate infrastructure renting rates on behalf of TE
Orange Egypt has appealed the court ruling which allowed Telecom Egypt (TE) [ETEL.CA] to grant the National Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (NTRA) the right to negotiate the re-pricing of its infrastructure renting rates to mobile network operators (MNOs).
