Dubai developer Nakheel has launched a tender for the construction of a three-star hotel at its Dragon City development. The deadline is set for 25 September. The scope of the work includes the construction of a new 295-key hotel, which will be located north of the existing Dragon Mart 1 complex. This follows Nakheel’s announcement of its plan to develop 10 hotels at various locations in Dubai, including Palm Jumeirah, Deira Islands, Ibn Battuta Mall, and Dragon City. (MEED)
