The New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) is set to tender eight land plots, with a total area of 2,855 feddans (c12mn sqm), spread over four new cities. The tender documents are being prepared, which will be shared with a number of real estate developers, when completed. The list is said to include: SODIC, Emaar Egypt, Palm Hills Developments, Al-Futtaim Group Egypt, Qatari Diar Egypt, Porto Group, and Wadi Degla. These projects are expected to attract EGP230bn in investments. A priority will be given to developers that are willing to pay a portion of the land dues in USD. (Al Borsa)
