More than 200 bidding documents withdrawn at first launch at New Capital City
More than 200 bidding documents have been withdrawn by potential investors for the first land launch at the New Capital City. Management of New Capital City has confirmed that there will no change to the announced terms related to the construction and payment durations, despite requests presented by some developers. Management has also confirmed that a 25% discount will be offered to the “first bidders.” The launch comprises 15 land plots spread over a total of 15,000 acres, broken down into 500 (one plot), 200, 100, 70, and 50-acre plots.
