King Abdulaziz Airport trial runs to begin next week
Jeddah’s new King Abdulaziz International Airport will start pilot operations on 22 May, Al-Eqtisadiah newspaper reported. The airport, which is built on a total area of 48mn square metres, is expected to serve more than 6mn passengers annually in addition to 1.5mn pilgrims.
