Emaar says The Address fire is covered by insurance
Emaar Properties (Emaar) has announced that a fire accident has taken place at the Address Downtown Hotel in Downtown Dubai on the night of 31 December, which is currently being investigated by the company and the relevant authorities. The company added that the building is covered by the risk of fire, so no material impact on the company is expected, as a result of the fire. (DFM)
