In September 2016, we launched our Dubai Property tracker, a proprietary research product that tracks activity within Dubai’s property market. We have analyzed over 3.5mn data points (from Jan 2010) to offer a comprehensive analysis of the market, and we believe this product will allow investors to see emerging trends and better understand the market. The Dubai property tracker tracks transactions, transaction value, mortgage versus sales transactions, selling prices, rental yields and listing prices. We focus on three segments within the residential market - luxury (Downtown Dubai (high-end), Old Town, Palm Jumeirah and DIFC), affordable (Business Bay, Jumeirah Lake Towers (JLT), Dubai Marina, Emirates Living, Arabian Ranches and affordable units in Downtown Dubai (which we define by tower)), and budget (International City, Discovery Gardens, Dubai Sports City, Jumeirah Village, International Media Production Zone (IMPZ) and MotorCity). We also analyze the office market; showing the major trends in sales activity and rental yields.
