Up to 70% of land in first phase of New Capital sold
Up to 70% of land in the first phase of the New Capital City (NCC) (c17,000 acres) has been sold, according to the NCC’s spokesman, Khaled El Hosseiny. He added that the government offices and the residential districts are set to be completed by 2020.
