Unit price likely to exceed EGP7,000/sqm at upcoming residential units launch at New Capital City
The New Capital City (NCC) administration’s pricing committee is preparing to announce prices for the upcoming first residential units launch this month. The NCC will launch 17,000 residential units, aiming to book over EGP15bn from the sale. Preliminary prices currently exceed EGP7,000/sqm, and the committee is expecting prices to possibly reach EGP8,000/sqm at more prime locations within the residential district. The launch is planned to take place during the first month of September, following Eid Holiday.
