Al Jazira REIT announced a cash dividend distribution of SAR5.9mn (4.86% of NAV, as of Dec 2017) for 1H18. This is equivalent to SAR0.50/unit and implies a dividend yield of 6.5%, assuming an annualised payment. Ex-dividend date is set on 26 July and payment will be on 6 August.
