Prince Khaled Bin Talal’s ARADA has announced the launch of Nasma Residences, its first project which will be in Sharjah that is set for completion by the end of 2018. The development will stretch over 5mn sqft of land, and will feature more than 800 home units, consisting of townhouses, semi-detached homes and villas, in addition to community facilities. Prices will start at cAED1mn, according to a developer’s statement.
