Sheikh Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince and Chairman of Dubai Executive Council has approved a new housing policy aiming at providing affordable housing for low-income working people, as well as to renovate some old areas in Dubai, through cooperating with some real estate developers. The policy will take into consideration nationality, income levels, place of residence, and other challenges that may be facing low income families to determine suitable housing.
