Time-frame set for land development at New Administrative City
The time-frame set for the development of land plots, designated for residential purposes, at the New Administrative City has been set at three to five years for land plots ranging between 50 and 150 acres, five years for those ranging between 150 acres and 500 acers and up to 10 years for larger plots. Time-frame set for non-residential land has been set at three to seven years, depending on the size of the land plot. We note that officials from the New Administrative City company have conducted a series of meetings with investors to discuss potential partnerships and land pricing mechanisms, with agreements targeted to be concluded before end of 1Q17.
