TDIC awards AED370mn contract to build Jawaher Saadiyah
The Tourism Development and Investment Company (TDIC) has announced that it had awarded the main construction contract for Jawaher Saadiyat, at Saadiyah Beach, to Al Jaber Group. The contract is valued at cAED370mn (USD100.7mn). The project is set to be completed within 24 months. It will include 83 units comprising 4 to 6 bedroom villas and 4-bedroom townhouses.
