STC to give cost of living allowance to Saudi employees; plans bonuses for employees in south; offers 80% discount on all local calls to customers in south
Saudi Telecom Company (STC) [7010.SE] announced a cost of living allowance for Saudi employees in 2018, offering SAR1k for those who earn less than SAR10k, SAR750 for those who earn between SAR10k and SAR15k, and SAR500 for those who earn between SAR15k and SAR30k, according to Maaal News. It is also offering an 80% discount on local calls to all customers in areas of military operations in the south until the end of 2018 or the end of operations. Furthermore, the company is planning a SAR2k bonus to employees in the south.
