Jadwa REIT has announced the full distribution of its operating profits for the 2.5 month-period beginning with the fund’s inception (16-Apr) until 30-Jun (75 days), which amount to SAR6.6mn. This translates into a SAR0.10/share cash dividend, implying an annualised dividend yield of 3.8%. Ex-dividend date is set for 27 August, while payment date is yet to be announced.
