Selling prices reduced for NUCA’s share in units at TMG projects
The Ministry of Housing is set to offer 2,568 units, as part of its share in Madinaty and Rehab, to be offered at USD575/sqm (down from USD700/sqm) at Madinaty and USD800/sqm at Rehab (down from USD960/sqm) to Egyptians abroad. Payment terms are unchanged, at 40% downpayments for both projects and the rest over five years for Rehab and seven years for Madinaty. Discounts will be offered on multi-unit purchase: 2% on five units, 5% for five to 10, 7% for 10 to 20 units and 10% for more than 20 units. (Al Alam Al Youm)
