Second phase of government-Mountain View co-development project set to be launched
The second phase of Mountain View i-City, a Ministry of Housing-Mountain View-Sisban Holding co-development project, is set be launched on 22 October, with starting prices at EGP8,500/sqm, 22% higher than phase I. Unit sizes will range between 100 sqm to 500 sqm, depending on the unit type. The whole project will include 18,000 units, spread over 500 feddans. The government’s share is 40% in exchange for its land contribution, and 60% to Mountain View. The project’s MoU was originally signed at the Egypt Economic Development Conference (EEDC) held in Sharm El-Sheikh in March 2015. The first phase of the project was launched in May 2016. (Al Borsa)
