Saudi Company for Hardware’s (SACO) [4008.SE] Board of Directors (BoD) ) has proposed a cash dividend distribution of SAR1.5/share for 2H16 (total of SAR36mn). The ex-dividend date is 28 December 2016, and the distribution date is 11 January 2017. (Tadawul)
