The newly-launched domestic airline, SaudiGulf Saudi, will be granted its operating licence on 22 June 2016 from Suleiman bin Abdullah Al-Hamdan, Minister of Transport and President of the General Authority for Civil Aviation (GACA) said. At end of 2012, Abdulhadi Al-Qahtani Company had received a carrier licence for domestic flights under the name “SaudiGulf”, which will start operations from Dammam Airport. (Argaam)
