Oman’s first budget airline – SalamAir – has appointed Captain Mohamed Ahmed as Chief Executive Officer effective October 2, 2017. An industry veteran with more than 30 years of experience, Captain Mohamed Ahmed joins SalamAir from Air Arabia where he occupied the post of Group Director of Operations & Maintenance and many other roles within the organisation including being an active board member in many of the joint ventures and subsidiaries.
