Raya Holding CEO & Chairman to appeal FRA’s MTO conditions
Raya Holding’s CEO and Chairman, Medhat Khalil, will appeal the Financial Regulatory Authority’s (FRA) mandatory tender offer (MTO) conditions to submit the offer by 27 November and at a price above the last six-month’s average, he said to the company in a statement. Depending on the ruling, he will decide whether to submit the offer or reduce his stake in Raya Holding.
