Saad El-Hariri, Former Lebanese Prime Minister, is reportedly in Saudi Arabia to finalise the sale of Saudi Oger to the government. Talks between the two parties are said to be at their final stages, with the transactions set to be finalised before end of August. Hariri is reported to be negotiating to keep a 40% stake in the company. (Arabian Business)
