Petrochem resumes operations at Saudi Polymer’s complex; shutdown to impact 4Q16 and 1Q17 results
The National Petrochemical Company (Petrochem) [2002.SE] has announced that operations have resumed at Saudi Polymer Company’s complex as of 29 November 2016. The company noted that the complex was shut down from 01 October 2016 for scheduled maintenance. The release added that the financial impact will be reflected in 4Q16 and 1Q17 results. It is worth noting that Petrochem owns 65% of Saudi Polymers Company. (Tadawul)
