Orange Egypt scraps tower sale agreement with Eaton Towers
Orange Egypt has scrapped an agreement to sell its stake in the Egyptian Company for Mobile Tower Services to telecom tower company, Eaton Towers. Orange Egypt cited that the required conditions have not been met by Eaton Towers to conclude the tower sale prior to the deadline, which expired on 21 July. (Al Borsa)
