NUCA to receive bids for non-residential land plots at Dar Misr starting today
The New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) is set to receive bids from developers and individuals on a pool of 44 non-residential land plots in Dar Misr Phase I, with promises to start delivery in July 2016. Land sizes range between 934 sqm and 93,400 sqm. The plots are spread across a number of cities, including New Cairo, New Damietta, Sixth of October, Al-Sherouk, Tenth of Ramadan, Badr, Al-Sadat, and Al-Obbour. (Al Borsa)
