Nakheel issues tender for construction of two marinas
State-owned Nakheel has issued a tender for the construction of marinas at Azure Residences and The Pointe on Palm Jumeirah. The contract will cover the supply and installation of the berths, including their complementary items and services. The deadline for the bids submission is set for 9 May. Azure Residences comprises beachfront apartments and dining outlets, while the Pointe is a waterfront complex featuring retails, restaurants and entertainment facilities.
