Ministry of Housing to seek advisors on PPP projects
The Housing Ministry is preparing to issue a request for proposals (RfP) for advisors, seeking consortia of financial and legal consultants to help prepare a PPP tender covering the works to deliver up to 1.5mn homes by 2024. The Housing Ministry is committed to spend SAR59.2bn on building 400,000 affordable housing units by 2020. (MEED)
