The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) will offer the 4G licence to international operators in a bid, if the local mobile network operators (MNOs) failed to accept the 4G licence payment and technical terms by the previously-announced deadline, 22 September, according to Communications Minister, Yasser Al Kady.
