Minister of Public Sector Affairs requests plan from Eastern Co. to increase exports and develop unused assets
Minister of Public Sector Affairs, Ashraf Al-Sharqawi, requested from the Board of Directors (BoD) of Eastern Co.’s (EAST.CA) to set up a timeframe for raising the company’s exports by improving the quality of its products, entering into new foreign markets, speeding up the diversification of its products and starting operations at its new plant in 6th of October. He also requested a comprehensive report of the company’s unused assets and proposed plans of how to utilise them to achieve highest possible return.
