Marselia, Amlak sign MoU to develop urban project in Nasr City
Marselia Group (Marselia) announced the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Amlak Finance (Amlak) to develop an urban project on a 42,676 sqm land plot in Nasr City, Cairo, which is owned by Amlak. The project will include residential units, a shopping mall and a hotel, as well as areas dedicated to social activities.
