MAG Property Developments (MAG PD) has announced two new projects that will be launched during Cityscape Global 2017. One is MAG Eye, a AED4bn (USD1.1bn) gated community project within Mohammed Bin Rashid City (MBR City) that will feature more than 4,500 residential units aimed at the mid-income segment. Talal Al Gaddah, CEO, said that the development will comprise 4,000 new, low-rise apartments and 535 townhouses, and is scheduled for completion by 1H22. The other project is MBL Residence, a AED615mn 40-storey tower project in Jumeirah Lakes Towers, offering a total of 472 units. The projects will be part of a portfolio of more than AED8bn worth of developments which MAG PD announced within the past 12 months that will displayed at Cityscape.
