Land prices set at New Capital City
The New Capital City Company has set the selling prices for land plots, in conjunction with the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA), to range from EGP3,000/sqm and EGP5,000/sqm, depending on land location, use and the plot size. The first launch is planned in September 2016, though sale and revenue-sharing agreements. (Al Borsa)
