Shareholders of Jabal Omar have approved the acquisition of the remaining stake in Makkah Construction, which it had retained on behalf of owners who have not completed their legal documents. The stake amounts to c36mn shares, for a value of cSAR360mn. The payment terms will be determined on a later date.
