Housing Ministry signs agreement with contractors to build 100,000 housing units
The Ministry of Housing has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) last week with a consortium of South Korea-based contractors, Hanwha Engineering & Construction (E&C) and Daewoo E&C, and the local Saudi Pan Kingdom for Trading, Industry & Contracting (Sapac) to build 100,000 homes over the next 10 years in Dahiyah Al-Fursan, 35 km North of Riyadh.
