Housing Ministry showcases 22 projects to Saudi investors
The Ministry of Housing has showcased 22 investment projects located in the new capital city and in eight new cities to a number of Saudi investors, during the Housing Minister’s visit to Saudi Arabia. Locations of the projects have been identified, their master plans have been finalised and external infrastructure has been enabled. Those projects will be executed on a co-development basis, in exchange for a cash and in-kind payment to the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA), which will contribute with the land and external infrastructure. The projects include 20 residential, commercial, hospitality and recreational projects, spread over more than 3,500 feddan in eight new cities, in addition to two other projects at the new capital city.
