Salalah Port Services, which operates and manages the nation’s transshipment and logistics hub at Raysut on the Indian Ocean, has announced that the government’s 20.085% stake in the company has been transferred to Oman Global Logistics Group SAOC, a holding company fully owned by the Ministry of Finance. Oman Global Logistics Group (OGL) was set up in June as a holding company to invest in ports, free zones, railway, maritime and land transport companies. (Oman observer)
