Mountain View i-City, a Ministry of Housing-Mountain View-Sisban Holding co-development project was launched earlier this week with investments exceeding EGP3.6bn. The project will include 18,000 units, spread over 500 feddans. The government’s share is 40% in exchange for its land contribution, and 60% to Mountain View. The project’s MoU was originally signed at the Egypt Economic Development Conference (EEDC) held in Sharm El-Sheikh in March 2015. (Al Borsa)
