Final decision in steel pipe anti-dumping case set for Oct
The US Department of Commerce is scheduled to issue its final determination in October in its anti-dumping duty investigations surrounding imports of circular welded carbon-quality steel pipes from the Sultanate. On Wednesday, the Department of Commerce announced that imports of circular welded carbon-quality steel pipes from Oman, among other countries, were "preliminarily" found to be sold at "less than its fair value", thereby attracting the provisions of its anti-dumping laws.
