Emaar Misr has appointed UAE-based construction firm ASGC as the main contractor for two of its upcoming projects, namely phases one and two of Levena, its new Uptown Cairo project, and the Crescent project within Mivida. ASGC’s scope of works in Levana includes the construction of 121 villas and townhouses with a total BuA of c62,000 sqm, complete infrastructure works, landscaping and utilities networks. ASGC said it has also started working on the Crescent development at Mividia. This project entails the construction of 13 fully finished apartment buildings, in addition to private gardens and landscaping and infrastructure.
