EGP stable at regular FX auction, weaker on black market
The Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) held the EGP steady against the USD at its regular foreign currency sale on Tuesday, selling USD119.1mn at USD:EGP 8.78. Meanwhile, the currency weakened on the black market to USD:EGP 12.8, from USD:EGP 12.77 quoted on 6 September.(Reuters)
