DP World added three Independent non-executive directors to its Board of Directors (BoD): Abdulla Ghobash, Mohammad Al Suwaidi and Nadya Kamali, expanding the non-executive BoD count to six members. Abdulla Ghobash is a senior banker with over 30 years' experience, a board member of Noor Bank, and a board member of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) Higher Board. Mohammad Al Suwaidi is a Director-General of Abu Dhabi Fund for Development, Chairman of Al Ain Farms for Livestock Production and Vice Chairman of the Arab Bank for Investment and Foreign Trade. Nadya Kamali has over 20 years' experience in information technology, IT governance, compliance and risk management and is the Executive Director of audit and revenue growth at Dubai Customs. (Company disclosure)
