Damac Properties Dubai (Damac) has sent a release the DFM stating that the Chairman of the board had issued a resolution by circulation to approve the company’s corporate governance manual and approve the terms of reference of the Audit, Compliance and Risks and the Nomination and the Remuneration Committees.
