The Capital Market Authority (CMA) has fined Mohammed al-Mojil Group (MMG), Saudi contractor, SAR1.6bn and sentenced two of its executives to five years in prison for breaching rules related to accumulated losses. The Mojil family announced plans to appeal. (Gulf Business)
