Saudi Airlines Catering [6004.SE] announced that it has entered into an agreement with French company Lagardere Travel Retail and Arabian Ground Handling Logistic Company to manage and operate the duty free shops in terminals 1 & 2 at Riyadh’s King Khaled International Airport (KKIA). The agreement term is five years effective as of April 2017. The cost of the project is SAR23mn with Catering financing its share through internal cash flows. Catering expects this agreement, with the contract yet to be signed by the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA), to impact its financials starting 2Q18.
