Cabinet to transfer percentage of funds to state treasury
The Cabinet approved a number of decrees and draft laws during its meeting on Thursday. The bills include a draft law that allows the transfer of a percentage of funds, private accounts, units of special nature and surpluses of public organisations to the state’s treasury. The bill excludes the bank accounts of educational and research projects, ventures funded by international grants and agreements, donations, social housing projects and university hospitals.
