National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia (4030.SE) has signed a cooperation and partnership agreement with Saudi Grains Organization (SAGO) for grains imports and transportation from across the globe to the Kingdom through Bahri’s fleet. Both parties expect trial transportation to kick off in 4Q16, accordingly, the financial impact for the cooperation is expected to appear from 4Q16. (Company disclosure)
