Arabian Cement Company (KSA) (3010.SE) expects to commence commercial operations at the new cement mills project in the company’s production plant in Rabigh in 1Q2017, instead of the previously announced date of 2Q2016, as the construction works are currently in process. Currently, it is difficult to assess the financial impact of the new mills; as it will depend on supply and demand forces in the cement market.
